Please note: Applies to UK mainland addresses only

We can deliver to your home address, work address or any other address you specify, e.g. if you are buying a gift for someone and wish it to be sent directly to them.

Delivery charges are set as the following:

In general orders are dispatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow us 1-3 working days to receive your package. IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT please call us on 0845 2238823 and we will mark it as a priority.

 

If your order is going with a Courier (over £40) delivery will be between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please leave instructions if you want it left safe (or with a neighbour). Where such a request is made, Brown Earth cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us - there will be an additional charge for this service.

For orders over £200, please Contact as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

 

Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.

 

Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

 

WHY DO WE CHARGE MORE TO UK OFFSHORE ISLANDS AND N.I.?

 

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service for our UK offshore customers, which insures parcels and allows an element of tracking. This costs much less than a courier to Northern Ireland but more than UK mainland deliveries (which are sent with CityLink) hence the difference in charges.

 

We do not make any profit on our delivery charges and review them every 2 months to keep them fair for our customers.

TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

 

Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

 

UKpurchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.
